Gmail connection assistance
Leads AI uses the Gmail Send permission only when you press “Send via Gmail”. If sending fails, reconnect Google from Business Profile.
Calendar connection assistance
Leads AI creates Google Calendar events and Google Meet links only after you confirm the meeting details. Reconnect Google if invitations stop working.
Leads AI Reports
Reports are built only from the lead, activity and meeting records in your own Leads AI account. Building a preview is always free; generating a PDF uses one report from your monthly plan allowance.
A report looks empty or is missing leads
Check the reporting period and the status, priority and source filters — a report only includes leads that match them. Leads created outside the selected period are excluded by design.
Downloading or deleting a report
Every generated PDF is stored privately in your account and can be re-downloaded from the report history on the Reports page. Deleting a report removes both the stored PDF and the history entry.
Disconnecting Google
You can disconnect Google inside Leads AI at any time. See the Data Deletion page.
Account deletion
Email ishan@networkmedias.com from your Leads AI email to request account deletion.

OAuth error guidance
If you see an OAuth error, try disconnecting and reconnecting Google. If the problem continues, email support with a screenshot.
