Leads AI Terms of Service

Leads AI is a software product founded and developed by Ishan Satia and operated by Network Medias. Network Medias is the business operator responsible for contractual, payment and commercial matters relating to the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Leads AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Leads AI is an AI-powered sales workspace that helps users capture and manage leads, prepare personalized emails, send user-approved messages through Gmail, create user-approved Google Calendar and Google Meet invitations, and generate downloadable PDF reports from the lead data stored in their own Leads AI account.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract to use Leads AI.
4. Permitted use
You may use Leads AI for lawful business communications and lead management. You must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws.
5. Prohibited use
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or content that violates recipient anti-spam laws
- Uploading content you do not have the right to process
- Attempting to bypass security or access controls
- Reverse engineering the service
- Using the service to harm, defraud or harass others
6. User content and lead data
You retain rights to lead information, Business Profile content, business-card images and files you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload and process third-party contact information through Leads AI.
7. Gmail sending and Calendar invitations
Leads AI only sends emails through Gmail when you explicitly select “Send via Gmail”, and only creates Google Calendar invitations after you confirm the meeting details. You are responsible for the content and recipients of every email you send and every meeting you schedule.
8. AI-generated content
Leads AI uses AI models to generate suggested emails, briefs and meeting content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise unsuitable. You must review AI output before sending, scheduling or otherwise acting on it. Leads AI does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, appropriate or free from errors.
8A. Leads AI Reports
Leads AI Reports generates PDF reports from the lead, activity and meeting records you have stored in your Leads AI account. Report figures are calculated directly from those records, so the accuracy and completeness of every report depends entirely on the data you have entered or imported. Reports are informational business documents only: they are not financial statements, audited figures, accounting records or professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing a report before sharing it internally, with clients or with any third party. Generated reports are stored privately in your account and are deleted when you delete the report or your account.
9. Third-party services
Leads AI integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail Send and Calendar Events APIs), Supabase and the Lovable AI Gateway. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. Leads AI Reports do not use Google APIs and do not include Gmail message content or Google Calendar data retrieved from Google.
10. Intellectual property
The Leads AI software, brand, design and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute the service except as permitted by these terms.
11. Suspension and termination
Leads AI may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm Leads AI, other users or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Service availability
Leads AI is provided on an “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or reasons beyond our control.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Medias, as the operator of Leads AI, and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill.
15. Changes to the service and to these terms
Leads AI may modify the service and update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Leads AI after changes indicates acceptance.
